ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

The NYS Empire Zone (EZ) Program's purpose is to attract and encourage businesses to grow in 71 of New York State's distressed areas. Members of the local EZ Administrative Board encompass a diversified representation including education, the private sector, the public sector, residential factor, banking, labor, human services and veterans' administration.
