Jamie Levendusky, CPA
Director of Accounting and Administration for Crossroads Incubator Corporation

Jamie is the Director of Accounting and Administration for Crossroads Incubator Corporation which specializes in real estate development. She is responsible for all financial reporting as well as project and lease administration. In addition, she is the Director of Accounting for the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation in which she also oversees all financial reporting as well as loan administration. She has been on board since March of 2005.

Jamie’s professional accounting career spans 15 years and includes experience in auditing, taxation, due diligence, cash flow management, leasing, residential and commercial lending, property management and improving internal controls and processes. She has specialized in the real estate industry for the previous five years.

Jamie has served as the Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County since 2007. She is also the chairperson for Habitat’s finance committee and a member of the resource development committee. She has organized major events and marketing campaigns for the organization as well.

She graduated cum laude from The College of St.Rose with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. She has also passed all sections of the IRS Enrolled Agent exam and has completed all coursework for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
