Jeff Bray
Executive Vice President

As the Executive Vice President of the EDC, Jeff directs the operations and personnel of the corporation.  He is responsible for the interaction with local, state, and federal development agencies, marketing and development assistance to the County Industrial Development Agency, and supervises the management of the Gloversville Empire Zone.

Jeff has been with the Fulton County EDC since 1991 and he and his staff have overseen the development and construction of over 28 new industrial facilities representing over 2,400,000 square feet valued in excess of $73 million. The FCEDC administers six revolving loan funds with a loan portfolio of $6 million, and has made over 100 business loans during Jeff's tenure.  His more than 30 years of business and economic development experience have helped Fulton County realize an employment increase of 3,500 people. For his efforts, Jeff received the New York State Economic Development Council's 2002 Robert T. Dormer Developer of the Year Award.  He  became New York State Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New York State Econoic Development Council (NYSEDC) in May of 2006.  He has presented numerous seminars on Economic Development along with representing the Mohawk Valley Region in a Congressional preentation in Washington, D.C. in 1995.  

Jeff serves as a director and treasurer of the Mohawk Valley  Economic Development District (MVEDD) and has served as chairman of their overall economic development program since 1995.  Jeff is also the Vice Chairman for Fulton-Montgomery Community College's Foundation Board.  He also serves on the following boards: Fulton County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mountain Valley Hospice, Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home and Colonial Healthcare Corporation.   

Jeff graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
