Industrial/Business Parks

Fulton County EDC boasts three (3) parks all of which are within the New York State designated Gloversville Empire Zone and offer Zone incentives to Zone qualified businesses. We enjoy an abundance of water which makes us particularly attractive to a wide variety of users.

Fulton County, with its NYS Certified Bacteriological Environmental Laboratory, has over one billion gallons of available water in storage and has not experienced a water shortage or restriction in decades. They provide high quality, pure, filtered water to many local communities and are capable of delivering several million gallons of water per day in addition to what it is already serving to the community without stressing its resources. Manufactures in the area, including textile and leather producers, have long enjoyed the consistent high quality water to affordably and effectively produce their product.
