Peter A. Sciocchetti Executive Vice President, Crossroads Incubator Corporation
Peter joined the EDC/CIC team in 1992 to oversee the acquisition of property, the construction and renovation of buildings and to assist with the marketing and management of existing properties.
During his tenure with the Crossroads Incubator Corporation, Peter has supervised the design and construction of over two million square feet of new space in Fulton County. Today, he manages a $48 million asset portfolio that includes over 1.2 million square feet of space.
Peter and his staff work with clients, architects and contractors on all phases of the construction and relocation projects including; space planning, financing, permits, zoning regulations and other facets of the approval process.
Peter continues to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of successful projects. He has overseen the establishment of several new developments in both the Business and Industrial Parks, ranging from commercial office space to industrial warehouse buildings. He has also tackled the adaptive re-use of older structures in the cities of Johnstown and Gloversville, creating Class-A office space and residential apartments in previously vacant, but historically significant buildings.
Prior to his leadership at CIC, he worked in the commercial and residential property development and management field. As a Real Estate Specialist, he developed and managed properties throughout New York State. He received an AAS degree in Business Management from Hudson Valley Community College and a BS in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose. He has also completed extensive coursework through the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
