Adaptive Reuse
Estee Commons Phase II is the second part of the Crossroads Incubator Corporation mission to bring a diverse living environment to downtown Gloversville and Fulton County. The success of Phase I is confirmation that the community supports and wants the finest in urban living which features open spaces and a convenient location.
Phase II will feature one and two bedroom condominiums (12 units) offering an ownership option for residents who have requested this type of investment. There will also be an additional 14 apartments. Like Phase I, the condominiums will feature living areas that are open, spacious and well lit with large energy efficient windows for natural lighting.
